Note: During the Christmas season, shipping can sometimes take longer.

Production times: We use print-on-demand fulfilment for our apparel. This allows us to reduce waste and test many new designs, responding to customer demand.

However, because of the printing time, your order will take 1-5 business days for production, and then you’ll receive an email with the tracking information.

Shipping times: We ship from the United States and our print supplier is based in Texas. Shipping times are quoted as 2-6 business days in the U.S. and 10-30 business days internationally.

• Turn the garment inside out before washing. Hand washing in cold water is preferred.
• If using a washing machine, select cold water and a gentle cycle to protect the printed design.
• Use a mild, non-abrasive detergent. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
• Wash dark and light colors separately.

• Hang the garment to air dry, avoiding direct sunlight to prevent fading.
• If using a dryer, set it to low heat or a delicate cycle, as high heat may damage the print.

• Turn the garment inside out before ironing.
• Use a low heat setting.
• Avoid ironing directly on the printed area. Use a pressing cloth or iron inside out to protect the design.
