Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If the product is damaged or defective, the most common solution will be for us to send a replacement of the same product, same color, and same size.
We cannot accept an exchange because of a change of mind, exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives damaged.
Refunds
All refunds will be back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
